Mavs played well in the fourth quarter but it’s all a little too late…
With 99 to 94,
they are officially out of the playoffs game.

for my upset stomach.
I wasn’t feeling well last Sunday,
so KS cooked me fish porridge last night.
Nevertheless, my heart melted again…

Pan Seared Scallop with White Wine Sauce Angel Hair
Cooked this 3 weeks ago…

those scallops were soooooo yummy…
One of these days, we shall buy more scallops from Costco.
I used to make Sunday breakfast for my family back in my teen years… Our maid will be reluctant to leave the house while my mom will insist our “kakak” ( sister – in malay ) to take a day rest and leave the house chores to her children.
My first bro and I, we hated Sunday then. The other 2 siblings were young then, so they were lucky they don’t have to do much.
We started off with the most important chore of the day – BREAKFAST. I will go around the house asking everyone what “type” of eggs they prefer. Dad as usual will ask for 2 sunny sides up, mom – 2 half-boiled eggs, 1st bro – sunny side up, 2nd bro and younger sis – scrambled eggs. Yes… you can imagine I did a lot of grumbling in those years.
What do we have on Sunday morning? American breakfast. My dad’s favourite. Eggs, sausages, baked beans, butter on toast or sometimes sardines+onion on bread.
And last Sunday breakfast reminds me of my dad.
I miss my daddy and mommy.

Off note :
I’m not good at taking pics yet. I have to take a lot in order to
get THE ONE pic I’m satisfied with.

Kitman and I, we went out last Wednesday and I brought her to Minoya, a japanese grocery store.
I recommended her a jap powder mix for fried chicken and she used it to make some chicken nuggets the next day.
I’m so happy Kitman and her hubby love it.
^_^

at baking
Sausage + Chicken Floss + Spring Onion Bun.

I started at 2+pm but it took my dough more than
3 hours to rise yesterday,
so I prepared dinner before continuing my baking…
Nyonya Fish Fillets

Stir Fried Garlic Baby Bok Choy

Black Bean Sauce Beancurd

Continued my works in the kitchen after dinner…
1 1/2 hours later…
Sausage + Chicken Floss + Spring Onion Bun

Verdict:
My buns weren’t soft and springy.
I shall work harder.
Fight-on… oh!!! ( Qouted from the Japanese drama Gokusen)
