to beat the summer heat…




No thanks to my stubborn-ness and “cleverness”,
the strawberry mousse cheesecake didn’t
turn out as good as I wanted it to be.
Well, the recipe calls for
1. 2 1/2 packs of cream cheese
- i used 1 pack of low fat cream cheese
+ “some” sour cream
2. 2 egg yolks
- i omitted both
3. 2 tbsp of gelatine powder
+ I added 3 tbsp
and some
pluses and minuses.
Next time,
I should ask KS to measure those ingredients for me.
Knowing too much
or thinking you (ok… it’s me) know a lot
obviously doesn’t always produce great bites.
I should be a scientist…
because i love experimenting.
Come to think of it…
maybe I shouldn’t.
