Bravo to Kitman who did a great job with the pork.

Not bad for first timers eh?

Yummy Zhong Zhi

Me : Next time when we have Zhong Zhi back in Malaysia,
we must savor each bite slowly ok?
Kitman : Before that time arrives, lets enjoy the zhong zhi
we have made.
Ermm… so hungry meh??
I woke up early 2 days ago
to bake some fresh goodies for KS’ breakfast.

Fresh from the Oven

Piping hot Sausage + Pork Floss Buns

So adorable.

My breakfast.

Yummy coconut + palm sugar fillings.
Something happened last week.
I lost myself completely…
and I cried.
I lost count…
the number of tear drops that trickled down my cheeks…
the number of tissue papers used to wipe my cheeks…
the number of days I slumped on my couch with teary eyes…
making the world through my vision rather blurry.
I know I over-reacted.
I know I cried too much.
But I can’t help it.
In the end,
KS can’t help but to step in.
KS: Dear, please STOP. Please stop crying. It won’t do you good.
Me: ……….. You don’t understand. It’s too painful.
KS: It’s not. Why do you have to torture yourself like this?
Me:……………………
KS: Ok. I’m sorry. But I have to do the unspeakable.
I looked at him with my teary eyes.
What unspeakable?
KS: I’m banning you from watching those Korean Dramas.
Me: HUH?
KS: No more ‘oppa’. No more sarang he-yo.
( Oppa – brother, guy friend or boyfriend in Korean )
( Sarang he-yo – ‘I love you’ in Korean )
Since when he picked up Korean language?
Me: You can’t do this. I have 7 episodes more to go! NO. This is cruel.
KS raised his eyebrows.
KS: Cruel? I don’t want to come back and see my wife in tears.
Me: Dear, stopping me from watching the last 7 episodes
will drive me crazy. I’ll never get to know what happen to them.
‘Them’ sounded very real. Very close to me.
KS: Haiz…
With that being said,
I finished the whole last 7 episodes that night.

Yes I cried.
But it was a good cry.
I felt good.
KS??
I think he was —->
haha.
Sorry KS.
So,
which Korean drama
made me cry like crazy?
This:

The Snow Queen
November 2007
( img via : Mountain Apple Company )
Warning:
If you plan to watch it,
let me give you the warmest welcome
to the Cry Baby Club.
Oh, and I finished this drama too.

Coffee Prince
July 2007
( img via : Asian Popcorn )
Blame it on the Korean drama fever.

KS and I wanted something simple last week
because we have been eating like dinosaurs
so instead of being a slave perfectionist wife near the hot stove
cooking several dishes for a meal,
I whipped up one dish meal for dinner the entire week.
Last Friday
Pad Thai Glass Noodles

Monday
Stewed Chicken with carrots + Rice

Tuesday
Japanese Curry Angel Hair with Swedish Meatballs

Wednesday
Stir fry Brocolli with chicken + Rice

Thursday
Stewed Pork with Beancurd Skin

where?
IKEA of course.
with?
Kitman.
and?
I forgot my camera.
but?
remember my $$$ credit card.

taken by Kitman
Look at the pic.
3 dishes for 2 Asian ladies.
We sure can eat a lot. Scary.
And I bought…

$3.99 candle pots

$9.99 queen size fitted bed sheet
and swedish meatballs.

Yes I did.
